Rectory Green - Flat to Pitch Conversion
The Rectory Green project was an ambitious and intricate endeavor, involving the conversion of flat roofs to pitched roofs across seven apartment blocks in Prestwich. Spanning a full year and covering around 6000 square meters, this project presented numerous challenges, notably in the complex Dibsa structures. The team faced setbacks including scaffolding issues and complications with architectural drawings, demanding innovative solutions and resolute determination. Despite these hurdles, the project was successfully completed, showcasing a blend of functional roofing technology and aesthetic enhancement. The exceptional hip and valley details of the roofs highlight the meticulous work and creative problem-solving that characterised this extensive renovation.
