Bridge Street - Slating & Polyroof Project
Our recent project at Bridge Street targeted four roof elevations and two gutters, necessitating the complete removal of old materials due to extensive structural damage, including severely rotted rafters and a compromised gutter system. After stripping the damaged components, we installed new rafters and a valley gutter, integrating Polyroof's Protec Resin for optimal waterproofing. This phase set the foundation for the subsequent installation of new slate roofs, ensuring long-term durability and aesthetic enhancement.
As the project progressed, our team meticulously prepared and rebuilt the roof structures, including a central section featuring three elevations. The meticulous work resulted in a beautifully finished and structurally sound roofing system across all sections, providing the businesses beneath with a robust, leak-free guarantee. This overhaul not only resolved immediate structural issues but also revitalised the building's appearance, demonstrating our team's commitment to quality and efficiency in roofing solutions.
