Lee's Court | Anchor
At Lee's Court in Darwen, we tackled a roof compromised by extensive water accumulation beneath the waterproof layer, resulting in a spongy surface. We stripped out a substantial section of the roof, removing heavily saturated insulation down to the original structure. After thoroughly drying the area, we applied a vapour barrier for optimal moisture protection. Next, we installed 120mm PIR insulation across the entire surface, secured with a two-part adhesive for maximum stability. Our liquid coating was then applied, carefully sealing all edges and walls. To complete the project, we added a top coat, providing a durable, waterproof layer with a clean, aesthetically pleasing finish.
